Alumni . Alumni Services

Alumni Services

As a CIA alum, you have lifetime access to alumni services including help with your career and ordering transcripts in order to further your education.

Order Transcripts

Looking to go to graduate school? Then you’ll need a copy of your transcripts from the Cleveland Institute of Art. Request a copy from the Registrar’s office.

Career Services

As you progress in your career as an artist or designer, consider tapping into the services of the Cleveland Institute of Art’s Career Center. As a CIA graduate, you can access all of the same resources at the Career Center as you did as an undergraduate student. Get tips on interviewing, networking, resume writing and more.

CIA Alumni Bucks Program

Do you know a talented high school student who would be a great candidate for admission to CIA?  Through our Alumni Bucks program you can save that high school student the application fee while helping CIA continue to attract the best and brightest aspiring artists and designers.

Please follow this link to complete a recommendation form for a potential applicant: http://cia.edu/alumnibucks. With your referral we will waive the application fee for that student.  You may recommend a student from ninth through twelfth grade.

We hope you, as an alumnus, will want to contribute to maintaining CIA’s long-standing tradition of educating some of the best new talent in art and design, as we have been doing for over 132 years.  If you have any questions about the program, don’t hesitate to contact the Office of Admissions at 216.421.7418 or email admissions@cia.edu

Share Your News

Have news you want to share with the CIA community? Tell us and we’ll help get the word out: contact the Alumni Office at alumni@cia.edu. Find out what fellow CIA alumni have been up to, what’s happening around campus, or share your news in CIA’s Link Magazine, via link@cia.edu.
