Ever wonder how to get the light streak or light painting effect in photos? Slow Shutter Cam by Cogitap Software allows the same effects to be achieved on an iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch. The app comes with three shooting modes depending on the amount of light available and the desired outcome.  Automatic mode will adjust the exposure no matter which shutter speed is selected which is a good beginner mode to use. Manual mode can produce better results in low lighting and allows some fine-tuning. Light trail mode is ideal for the light painting effect and capturing moving light in an artistic way.
