Echograph is the ultimate GIF creator for artists on the iPad and iPhone. Start by capturing a 5 second length of video within the app or import video from the camera roll. The app has a built-in video trimmer to choose the desired 5 seconds of video. Next, choose a point in time that will be the static frame for the animated photo. Now comes the fun part! Using your finger, paint on the parts of the image where motion will occur. The moving video will be overlayed on the static image to accurately view the changes. Once the GIF is created, share via email, Facebook, and Twitter. There is also a “consider for staff picks” button that will share your GIF with the staff at Echograph to be considered for a feature!
