You’ve already taken care of business this summer at StART—so now it’s time for the fun part! Fall Orientation is a mandatory two-day program that takes place when you move to campus in August. Orientation will help you adjust to college life and embark on the road to a profession in art and design.

You don’t need to sign up for Fall Orientation. Just show up at 11:00am on Friday and our Orientation staff will help you get started!
Learning Support Services Office offers a one-day summer orientation program to incoming students with documented learning disabilities. The program is offered in conjunction with the new student orientation program. During our LD Orientation, you and your parents meet the Learning Support Services staff and are provided with an overview of accommodations, training on various assistive technologies, and time management and study skills workshops specific to the unique demands of the CIA student experience.

The check in process for Fall new student orientation will begin on Friday, August 22 at 11am. Students who will be commuting to campus may park in the Gund student parking lot located behind the Gund building (signs will guide you). More details regarding the schedule to come.
